Attempts are being made for a gradual resurrection of the Khalistan movement in India and all across the world, wherever this concept has sympathisers. The reason for separatist revival are not far away, but these lie just across the border in Pakistan , which still has not reconciled to the abject failure of this movement. In addition, there is a large Sikh diaspora in America , United Kingdom , Canada and other parts of the world, which is sympathetic to the separatist cause.
