Pakistan Minister For Religious Affairs Mr Hamid Saeed Kazmi Injured In Islamabad Firing / Driver Muhammad Younis Dead

Minister for religious affairs in Pakistan Hamid Saeed Kazmi has been severely injured in an assassination attempt in Islamabad. The incident happened while he was travelling with his driver towards the parliament house. The driver died at the spot and Hamid Saeed Kazmi has been transferred to the hospital where doctors are trying to save his life. A doctor has told that a bullet has shattered the knee and bullet is still lodged in the knee which is being operated on at the moment.
No one has been apprehended yet for this atrocity.
Perpetrators were riding a bike and opened fire on the minister at an intersection.

A day after major Indian cities were placed on high alert following blasts in the IT city of Bangalore, as many as 17 blasts ripped through Ahmedabad, capital of the affluent western Indian state of Gujarat . Some 30 people were killed, some at hospitals where bombs were timed to go off when the injured from other blasts were being brought in.
